Perry
Payne is a singer, actress, writer, composer and producer based in Manhattan.
In October 2002, she was featured in performances of
Keith Thompson's Kooky
Tunes, celebrating the release of its cast album produced by John Yap. Perry's
performance led InTheatre Magazine and Show Business Weekly to name her one
of the top ten funniest performers in New York cabaret. Previously, Perry appeared
as Sylvia Fine--Danny Kaye's power diva wife--in
Danny and Syliva: A Musical
Love Story both off-Broadway and in the Washington, DC area. She will return
to the role in another Washington area production in December.
Church (Manhattan)'s Richard Rodgers Centennial Tribute, and has performed
recent solo songbook concerts for Trinity on the works of Hoagy Carmichael,
Cy Coleman, and Irving Berlin.She was featured at Sarasota's Florida Studio
Theatre in Three Girls Berlin, a new Irving Berlin tribute. Her holiday novelty
